In conjunction with various local organizations, the Rochester Veterans Council is planning the Rochester Memorial Day Parade on Monday May 26, 2024. The parade will be held to honor those who have served our nation’s military and paid the ultimate sacrifice. If not for people like them, we may not have the freedoms we all hold so dear today.
Last years parade was a great success and we are looking forward to this one. Many people say that Rochester hosts one of the best Memorial Day parades in our state. That can't happen without support from our great local businesses like yours. We want you and your business to be part of that this year and hope that you can join us.

The parade will start off w/ a cannon shot from the 18th Dover, 2nd NH Regiment Revolutionary War Reenactors and will feature a variety of military units, veteran’s groups, local marching bands, Police, Fire, EMS, local sponsor companies and more. Our goal is to include as many local veterans in our parade as possible. To be able to do that we are looking at alternate transportation methods for those veterans that are unable to get around as easy as they used to.
